Jurisdiction Clause

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with the services, agreements, transactions, or business dealings of Capital Computers International Private Limited shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

All parties expressly agree that Bangalore shall constitute the sole and exclusive venue for the initiation and resolution of any legal proceedings, and no other courts shall have jurisdiction over such matters.
